Customer Service Representative

RESPONSIBILITES

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Clerk to join our team. This is a 1st shift temp to hire position.

Duties

  • Generate and send accurate invoices to clients.
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
  • Follow up with clients on overdue accounts and initiate collection procedures.
  • Record and reconcile accounts receivable transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to receivables.

Qualifications

  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective client communication.
  • Ability to analyze financial data accurately and efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
