Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic factory environment, supporting various production and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with manufacturing processes, mechanical tools, and warehouse procedures, contributing to the efficient operation of our facility. This position is essential for maintaining smooth workflow and ensuring safety standards are met across all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly line operations, ensuring products are assembled accurately and efficiently
• Operate hand tools, power tools as needed to support production activities
• Support warehouse functions including loading, unloading, and organizing materials
• Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment
• Assist with general facility cleanup and organization to uphold cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
• Proper completion of paperwork for shipping and receiving
• Ability and willingness to train others in work cell or functions
• Pulling and staging feedstock for production orders
• Ensuring size, material finish, and accuracy of the finished goods
• breaking down bilk bundles for customer specific orders
• Packaging of material to customer requirements
• Staging of material for shipping
• Operating a crane (with proper training) to move material as needed
• Conducting daily prestart inspections on all required equipment/machine and identify issues
• work order confirmation on computer
• carrying/moving supplies as needed
• Working in a safe manner as outlined during training and use prescribed safety equipment including PPE
• Ability to identify and report workplace hazards to supervision
