ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Must be punctual and follow the production schedule and shift times as given by the supervisor.

• Assure that crew reports to the line o.n schedule and ready to work. Report any absentee or tardiness to the supervisor

• Must follow all posted GMPs and safety recommendations In accordance to the production room.

• Assure proper Iine clearance after every run to ensure success for the next run.

• Must be able to operate all machines and be cross trained on all production rooms.

• Must be able to lift up to 5Olbs periodically.

• Continuously monitor all quality, safety and quantity recommendation aspects of the operation.

• Check to make sure all components and tasks of the manufacturing process are accurately following the associated Manufacturing Instructions.

• Maintain a clean and sanitized area clear of any safety or quality hazards.

• Proactively schedule additional tasks for employees in case of Intermittent downtime.

• At the end of each run, ensure that all components are properly reconciled in the system and physically put away.

• Ensure that the tools are used in accordance with allergen rules and recommendations.

QUAD FICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Must complete LOTO(Lock-Out/Tag-Out) training prior to be trained on the production lines. Must be able to operate all machinery and provide training to new employees when necessary Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English or Spanish Must demonstrate good leadership skills.
